A New Chapter – Learning, Letting Go, and Looking Forward

Over the last six months, my life has changed in ways I never expected. I’ve taken a step back from my business, not because I lost interest, but because I needed to find myself again.

I have made some huge life changing decisions —some of the hardest and bravest choices I’ve ever made. It’s been a time of enormous transition, reflection, and the start of new growth.

I’m only now beginning to understand the full weight of the years behind me—how deeply they shaped my wellbeing, my sense of self, my confidence, and even how I showed up in my work. For a long time, I tried to fit a mold, to meet expectations that weren’t truly mine. I followed a path that felt safe, but not honest.

I now have a greater understanding of what love, connection, and freedom can really feel like. It has helped me see how much of my life I spent trying to please others, often at the cost of my own voice and truth. And while that realisation has come late, it’s also arrived right on time.

One thing this period has taught me is that learning doesn’t stop—not with age, not with upheaval, not with heartbreak. In fact, the most powerful learning often comes when we dare to step outside what we’ve known, when we take the scary leap into something uncertain but true to ourselves.

If you’re in a place of doubt, fear, or transition, I want you to know it’s not too late. Not to change. Not to begin again. Not to grow.

Today, life feels calm. It feels hopeful. And while I don’t have all the answers, I know that I’m showing up now with more authenticity, more clarity, and more courage than ever before. I’m ready to pour that energy back into my business and into mine and my children’s futures—not from a place of pressure, but from a place of purpose.

We don’t always get to choose what breaks us open, but we do get to choose how we rebuild. And for the first time in a long time, I’m excited about what comes next.
